A Beautiful Day for a Ballgame
Don's sister, Kris, her husband and two kids have a place in Grand Haven that they visit quite a bit during the summer. This year we decided to meet up for a minor league baseball game in Grand Rapids while they are here. It just so happened that the West Michigan Whitecaps were playing the Kane County Cougars (a team from the Naperville, Illinois area). We weren't sure if the weather would hold out, but the rain and thunder clouds passed us right by- we could see it raining not too far away. We sat on the lawn which worked out really well for Rainah. She had fun hanging out with her cousins and Stephen even let her try out his mitt and cap!
