The New Playset

A few weeks ago Don and I went shopping for a nice outdoor playset for Rainah; one of our hopes is that since we live so far out, maybe if we have some cool stuff, the kids will all want to come to OUR house! We'll see how that works. But more importantly, Rainah LOVES climbing, and LOVES slides and swinging, and it will be nice not to have to pack her up in the car and drive to a park. The only negative is all the BUGS, but we'll just have to deal with that.
Rainah had a great time playing on it this morning, and when I told her we had to go in for lunch, she made a big production of saying goodbye, waving, and patting the slides. It was hilarious. Here are some photos of all the action:

Another BEAUTIFUL day!

Wow! Kinda takes your breath away after 6 months of cold, snow, and being cooped up in the house. This afternoon I took Rainah to the park up the road to play some more with my new camera. I was going to get her on the swings, but she had so much fun running around and playing on the playscape that we never made it there. Hopefully we'll have lots more days like this one!
