Sleep In Heavenly Peace

Rainah has had a very busy week to say the least. Today she napped way past her normal time, so I went in to get her up. Usually as soon as I open the door, she pops right up... not today. I stood there watching her for a few minutes and realized maybe she wouldn't wake up if I snapped a few photos. The few times I've tried that, as soon as the shutter clicks she wakes right up... not today! I got to take quite a few... hard with the low light, but some of them are very sweet.

Movin On Up

Well, our family spent the beginning of the week with a stomach bug... Rainah came down with it first, waking up on Saturday with it. She threw up a few times and was definately not her usual busy self. Monday morning I woke up not feeling well and as the day went on I got worse. It was not a fun day. Thankfully I work up feeling much much better on Tuesday, but Wednesday, Don came down with it. Not a fun week! Besides Rainah's doctor appointment, we didn't do much. She did, however, move up to her NEW car seat today! I must say, I'll miss that infant seat, but onward and upward! She seemed to really like it and found it most comfortable. (thank you, Aunt Lynne!!)

What happens when you don't take you naps...

Last night Rainah wandered over to her jumperoo and Don put her in it, then went into the other room to grade his exams. I noticed a few minutes later that the jumping was getting less intense and looked over to see Rainah's head resting on the seat. A few minutes later, she was out...
